Le groupe Finances gère le rendement et le profil de risque de Bell en recherchant l’équilibre entre les besoins des clients, des investisseurs et des employés et les facteurs de succès à long terme de l’entreprise. Nous collaborons étroitement avec les intervenants internes et externes afin de mettre au point et d’exécuter des plans qui soutiennent les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise et assurent sa viabilité financière.

**Résumé**:
Le gestionnaire, finances (canaux de distribution des marchés consommateurs), sera un membre important de l’équipe Finances (exploitation) des marchés consommateurs et relèvera directement du gestionnaire principal, finances (canaux de distribution). L’équipe Finances (exploitation) de Bell fait partie intégrante des processus d’établissement des rapports, des prévisions et du budget, ainsi que du processus de planification stratégique. Ce poste offre une occasion de travailler au sein d’un environnement invitant, stimulant et dynamique, afin de fournir un soutien direct à l’équipe de haute direction des canaux de distribution des marchés consommateurs. La personne retenue pour ce poste travaillera également en étroite collaboration avec l’entreprise afin de comprendre et d’évaluer les tendances et de s’assurer de la précision et de l’intégrité des prévisions financières.

Elle devra posséder une solide capacité d’analyse, des compétences techniques et une nette habileté à cerner et à interpréter les principales tendances et enjeux du marché. Elle devra également posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite afin d’établir des relations à divers échelons de l’entreprise, et avoir la confiance nécessaire pour participer à des discussions. De plus, la personne retenue pour ce poste devra être dotée d’un esprit d’initiative afin de pouvoir accomplir de manière autonome des tâches particulières en respectant des échéances serrées dans un milieu trépidant.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Collaborer avec l’entreprise à la formulation et à la validation d’hypothèses commerciales clés et les intégrer aux prévisions et au budget.
- Tenir à jour et améliorer les modèles de prévision et de production de rapports.
- Soutenir la préparation de présentations concernant les prévisions et les budgets à long terme à l’intention de la haute direction.
- Faire le suivi des risques et des occasions et analyser des secteurs de dépenses précis.
- Préparer des rapports mensuels comprenant des analyses pertinentes des écarts (prévisions par rapport au budget, prévisions précédentes et année précédente).
- Analyser les résultats mensuels et comprendre les initiatives de l’entreprise en vue de préparer des commentaires mensuels qui seront étudiés par la haute direction.
- Tenir compte des résultats et des tendances dans l’industrie afin d’évaluer les répercussions sur la trajectoire à court terme.
- Assurer la liaison avec les responsables des finances des unités d’affaires et le groupe des contrôleurs.
- Transmettre des connaissances financières et représenter l’équipe Finances dans le cadre de divers projets stratégiques.

**Qualifications essentielles**:

- Titre professionnel ou démarches envers l’obtention d’un titre professionnel (p. ex. CPA), requis
- Connaissance pratique solide/excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel
- Solides aptitudes pour la réalisation de présentations et la communication verbale et écrite
- Souci du détail et solide sens de la comptabilité
- Orientation vers les résultats et volonté d’ajouter de la valeur à l’entreprise
- Capacité avérée de prise d’initiatives
- Excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes : faire preuve de curiosité
- Habileté reconnue à créer des présentations de grande qualité destinées à la direction
- Capacité reconnue d’assumer la responsabilité des problèmes jusqu’à leur résolution
- Solide capacité d’établir des partenariats avec divers groupes multidisciplinaires et niveaux de direction.
- Capacité de travailler sous pression, de respecter des échéances serrées et de travailler simultanément à différents livrables
- Capacité de produire des résultats tout en favorisant un milieu de travail positif et axé sur la collaboration
- Au moins trois ans d’expérience à un poste similair
