This role is pivotal in supporting our finance department and ensuring the financial health and stability of our operations.Responsibilities:Lead the development and management of financial models and forecastsProvide insightful analysis of financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvementPrepare comprehensive financial reports for senior managementCollaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial information and provide guidance on financial mattersAssist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plansMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metricsEnsure accurate and timely financial reportingSupport the implementation and optimization of SAP systems for financial reporting and analysisQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldProven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)Proficiency in SAP or the ability to quickly learn and work with itExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and accuracy
