Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive FP&A expertise to our team, contributing to strategic financial planning and decision-making processes. This role is pivotal in supporting our finance department and ensuring the financial health and stability of our operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of financial models and forecasts
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial information and provide guidance on financial matters
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Support the implementation and optimization of SAP systems for financial reporting and analysis


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
  • Proficiency in SAP or the ability to quickly learn and work with it
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
