Escape Trailer is looking for a **service experienced individual** to join our team. This role will require strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work in a team. The Service Writer should have experience in booking service appointments, creating and maintaining service orders, maintaining the service calendar, liaising with clients, inspecting and signing off on deliveries, and leading client orientations.

**As a Service Writer your role incudes**:

- Booking service appointments
- Creating & maintaining service orders
- Maintaining the service calendar
- Liaising with service clients
- Inspecting & signing off on radius deliveries
- Leading client orientations

**Preferred Skills/Requirements**:

- Strong time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma
- Fluent in English
