Fire Safety Systems Project Manager

CMS Electrical Group is currently looking to hire an experienced Fire Safety Systems Project Manager to join our growing organization. This position will manage a project portfolio across several clients and be responsible for a wide variety of tasks inclusive but not limited to the following:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning**: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets to control costs and optimize resources.
- **Team Coordination**: Lead and coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- **Communication**: Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- **Scheduling**: Ensure that project schedules are maintained and adjusted as needed to accommodate changes or unexpected challenges.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Oversee project work to maintain high-quality standards and address any defects or deficiencies promptly.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quickly address and resolve project-related issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- **Experience**: 8+ years of experience in electrical construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in fire safety system projects.
- **Certifications**: PMP (Project Management Professional), Licensed 309A Electrician & Master's Electrician license preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
