**Job description**
New Montreal-based luxury fashion house is seeking an experienced Marketing Director.
Place of Elms connects nature, spirituality, integrity with high-end luxury apparel, travel accessories and wellness products.
**Main Objective**
The Marketing Lead is responsible for deploying our digital & brand vision to its target markets. Execute a structured strategy to accelerate social media growth and public visibility.
**Responsibilities**:
Included but are not limited to the following:
- Increase total amount of followers and engagement throughout our social media channels
- Create ambassadorship program and develop affiliate programs for high profile influencers and other partnerships / collaboration
- Own digital growth and brand media including Search, Paid Social, & Display
- Design, implement & own the brand’s media budget
- Help implement visual ads & a structured posting schedule
- Create monthly deployment calendar
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and ambassador / affiliate programs (recruitment, talent search and retention strategies)
- Develop creative guerilla marketing tactics
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize, and get insights for future campaign planning and KPIs setting
- Proactively monitor competitors campaigns
- On-going innovation to explore new channels for digital and social media growth
**Reporting & Analytics**
- Set goals, track performance, and continuously optimize marketing channels to meet acquisition, sales & retention goals for both paid media & site traffic
- Develop strategic insights & present to management
- Manage content creation for local paid & organic channels with external partners and external PR & communications teams
- Own and track budgets & invoicing in collaboration with local finance team
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Digital & Traditional Brand marketing
- Successful track record of scaling **e-commerce** brands and overall following
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt large quantities of data to actionable insights
- Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent budget management skills
- Knowledge of the **luxury fashion industry**:
- **Self-motivated**, results oriented, performance driven and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional team
Pay: $40,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
