Ensure smooth operation of the Restaurant
Greet and seat guests
Provide concierge service to guests

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:
A minimum of one (1) year recent experience (in the last five years) as a server or host in an "a la carte" dining setting in an upscale, high volume restaurant "Serving It Right" and "Food Safe" Certification
Impeccable grooming and presentation
Completely fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
Clear, precise, professional and helpful telephone manner
Knowledge of organizing reservations and service flows
Driven and focused on maximizing capacities
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise
High level of responsibility and commitment
Team player with proven success in relationship building
Commitment to providing excellent service and exceeding guests' expectations
Comprehensive and current knowledge of local attractions, events, restaurants and transportation information
Ability to anticipate guest needs
Experience with OpenTable is considered an asset
