We’re looking for a **Production Team Leader** to join our **Athabasca OSB Division, **located in** Slave Lake, Alberta. **This **state-of-the-art facility** has the longest continuous press in North America, giving us the ability to produce a diverse range of innovative products for customers around the world.
- Completion of **Grade 12. **Completion of post-secondary education in Engineering, Wood Sciences, or a related program is an asset.
- Demonstrated **focus on safety.**:

- **Strong organizational, planning skills.**:

- **Excellent communication skills.**:

- **2 to 3 years experience leading a team**. Completion of a supervisory or leadership certificate is an asset.
- **3 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing setting** (wood products manufacturing preferred). Bonus if you have experience in a shiftwork setting and continuous press experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Identify and report on any maintenance and safety issues.
- Find solutions and meet goals.
- Optimize productivity and recovery.
