Sound like you? Goodness Me is hiring for a Replenishment Specialist in our Central Office.
**Your day-to-day**:
A replenishment specialist manages inventory for Goodness Me. As a Replenishment Specialist, your job duties include ordering product as needed based on order schedules, monitoring store inventory to ensure order set-up for product is accurate and monitoring retail trends to make recommendations that maximize sales and minimize costs.
**Tasks and duties include**:
- Utilize current and historical trends analysis to maximize sales, and inventory turns
- Analyze historical trends to adjust system settings for store inventory
- Track sales to generate sales history
- Allocate product to stores maximize inventory productivity and ensure in stock positions in stores
- Handle proper safety stocks at stores and distribution center
- Place promotional orders and monitor inventory performance and inventory levels
- Reorder products for the warehouse by determining optimal order timing and quantities
- Identify fast moving items responding to the seasonality trends
- Ensure overall efficiency, integrity, and accuracy of the replenishment data
- Establish relationships with Category Managers, stores, vendors and reps
- Address all purchase order resolutions on a daily basis
- Respond to all communication from the store network
- Manage temporally out of stock list
- Manage product transfers between stores
- Manage new item free fills and opening order PO’s
- Other duties as required
**What you bring**:
- Up to 2 years of related experience preferably within a retail environment
- Understanding of products, categories and channels in the grocery industry is a plus
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects with a broad workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Highly organized, detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Able to effectively and respectfully communicate with all levels of staff and management
- High degree of initiative and integrity.
- Strong written and communication skills.
**Working Conditions**:
- Fast paced project environment working under tight deadlines
- Interaction with customers/clients, and the public at large
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Comply with all Public Health Regulations and requirements
- This job may require light lifting from time to time (up to 25 lbs) but is also 80% sedentary and requires repetitive motion and screen time. Frequent sitting, standing, and stooping is a basic physical requirement of the job.
**Location and Travel**:
- This position is 80% work from home and 20% travel to GM establishments as required
