**What you'll be doing**:

- Oversee recruitment and retention strategy
- Forecast current and future talent needs for our multiple studios
- Be a champion of our culture and empower our team to embody our core values
- Be the trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all aspects of employee development, performance and wellness
- Create a superior in-office and virtual experience for our team
- Monitor best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources
- Ensure Goalcast's compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Facilitate professional development, succession planning, training, recognition programs and employee appreciation events
- Contribute to the development of a progressive compensation program
- Monitor budgets for recruiting, training/staff development, and benefits programs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading the full range of human resources functions
- Proven ability to design and implement people operations strategies that drive business results
- Strong communicator and people leader with an ability to foster meaningful relationships with each Goalcaster
- Thrives with change
- Experience in funding and investment rounds is a plus
- Interest in media is a plus
