Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our real estate agents and help ensure smooth operations within the office. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating showings
- Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms
- Conduct market research and assist with property management tasks
- Assist with negotiations and prepare contracts
- Organize and maintain office files and records

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual (multilingual) skills preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is beneficial
