Job description
- Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services
- Take reservations
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times;
- Post and balance payments and charges on guest folios;
- Respond to guest concerns by seeking to understand to resolve all issues prior to the guest’s departure
- Complete check outs and check ins and receive payment;
- Answer guest inquiries regarding the area and hotel services and facilities
- Receive and respond to guest concerns and address them promptly
- Offer professional, friendly and engaging service;
- Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards;
- Greet guests and visitors as they enter the hotel
- Must be able to work all weekends and evenings.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
**Salary**: $25.33 per hour
Additional pay:
