Job Description:
The Multilingual Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients upon arrival and during their stay. This involves guaranteeing the respect of marketing promises related to client loyalty status and nationality, as well as having technical knowledge to address any requests while working with other departments transversally within the framework of Club Med standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out), telephone switchboard, and maintain information media available to customers
- Collect invoices and control deferred operations
- Develop internal sales and ensure invoicing for stays or local sales
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of resort assets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
