**_Résumé des fonctions : _**

**Soutient les activités du représentant des ventes (DSR) notamment l'interaction entre les clients pour les commandes et les livraisons, par téléphone, par courriel et par l'entremise de Commande Gordon. Cherche des opportunités de croissance chez les clients **_maison _**existants avec des connaissances et professionnalisme et renforce les relations avec la clientèle en représentant les produits et services de la marque GFS. Aide à stimuler la croissance et la rentabilité des comptes en assumant des tâches administratives liées au service des ventes. Utilisation de la boîte courriel départementale de la division pour répondre aux besoins à mesure qu'ils se présentent.**

**_Fonctions essentielles : _**
- **Collabore avec d'autres départements afin de répondre à tous les besoins des clients, de produire des rapports internes et de tenir les dossiers des clients.**
- **Participe aux réunions générales des ventes, aux promotions et facilite l'inscription aux salons. Aider aux rappels et à l'échange d'informations, le cas échéant.**
- **Prend les commandes de divers clients selon les besoins, par téléphone ou par courriel.**
- **Se tient au courant des offres de produits, des tendances du marché et des besoins des clients tout en se renseignant sur l'offre et les systèmes de l'entreprise.**
- **Démontre de solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle lorsqu'il s'agit de faire face à des situations particulières ou difficiles.**
- **Apporte son soutien aux représentants des ventes en coordonnant le service à la clientèle, les commandes, les crédits, etc. lors de grands événements spéciaux Ex : Stampede, festivals, Formule 1, etc.**
- **Apporte son soutien et son aide au DSR pour la couverture des vacances et en fonction des besoins saisonniers.**
- **Fournit une aide à la répartition pour les changements de livraison tels que les retards, les ajustements des jours de livraison, etc.**
- **Détaille les plaintes des clients, fait le suivi des problèmes rencontrés par plusieurs clients et signale les problèmes si nécessaire.**

- **Excellente aptitude au service à la clientèle et à la gestion du temps**
- **Capacité à effectuer une saisie de données à 10 touches**
- **Doit posséder d'excellentes compétences écrites, verbales, organisationnelles et de communication.**
- **Très bien organisé avec un grand souci du détail**
- **Encourage la collaboration avec les autres pour l'atteinte d'un objectif commun**
- **Pensée stratégique, curiosité, innovation et créativité nécessaires pour régler des problèmes, bâtir des liens, réseauter et appliquer les pratiques commerciales**
- **Excellent computer skills**
- **Habileté à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à établir des priorités de même qu’à travailler autant de manière autonome que dans un contexte d’équipe**
- **Capacité à apprendre et à utiliser Genisys, Powersell, CRM, Commande Gordon et autres systèmes divers**
