Indian Restaurant Chef

We are hiring an experienced Indian Restaurant Chef to join our team at TPFU Food. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests.
**Qualifications**
**Must have prior experience in an Indian restaurant with high volume, full service, high intensity, and a fast-paced work environment**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Kitchen Management**: You must have prior experience successfully running the kitchen in an Indian restaurant, overseeing food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory, and supervising kitchen staff.
- **Culinary Creativity**: Bring innovative ideas to the table, introduce seasonal specials, and create new dishes while staying true to the essence of Indian flavors.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality to ensure each dish meets our restaurant's signature standards.
- **Menu Development**:Collaborate with the management team in planning and developing the menu, suggesting improvements and additions.
- **Training and Leadership**:Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Strictly adhere to hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen maintains a clean and safe environment.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an Indian Restaurant Chef or similar role, with a track record of managing kitchen operations and preparing authentic Indian dishes.
- **Culinary Qualifications: Experience is given more preference over any degree**:
- Passion for Indian Cuisine: Deep understanding and genuine love for Indian food, including its regional variations and cooking techniques.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and ability to work under pressure without compromising food quality.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with kitchen staff, restaurant management, and guests.
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
