Reporting to the CEO, you are ambitious and self-driven, providing leadership to achieve Travel Manitoba’s organizational outcomes. As the COO, you are responsible for leading all areas of the Corporation’s business operations and securing the functionality of Travel Manitoba to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**
- Collaborates with the CEO to set and drive Travel Manitoba’s vision, mission and corporate strategy.
- Fosters the development, growth and diversity of the tourism industry in Manitoba through strategic initiatives including the development and execution of a rolling three-year business plan that establishes clear goals and performance measures for the organization.
- Leads the development of innovative ideas to expand and improve the diversity of tourism experiences offered in Manitoba.
- Develops annual corporate priorities and delegates responsibilities to appropriate divisions; monitors performance to ensure goals are achieved in a timely manner.
- Oversees Travel Manitoba’s financial operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
- Leads and motivates a high performance management team.

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
