The Opportunity:
The Resident Support Aide is responsible for assisting residents with the activities of daily living in a safe and caring manner. As a member of the nursing team, they support and encourage the residents to build self-esteem, promote independence and protect their rights to autonomy and dignity. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with seniors and provide the best possible care.
If you:
- Love seniors who have life experience and stories to tell.- Love to create a care relationship based on trust and respect.- Love seeing people's reactions when they are WOWed.
What You Will Need:
- Love, respect, and a passion for people- A genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience, Seniors and your desire to learn.- Previous work experience in healthcare is preferred.- Grade 12 (or equivalent) is preferred.
