**Résumé**:
L’équipe Bell Transformation et Systèmes oriente et soutient les initiatives de transformation de l’entreprise qui mettent l’accent sur l’expérience client, l’efficacité des processus et les réductions de coûts. L’équipe facilite la réussite du projet en établissant les pratiques exemplaires, en alignant les systèmes ou les processus, en atténuant les risques et en veillant à ce que le projet soit livré dans les délais.

**Principales responsabilités**:
L’équipe Bell Transformation et Systèmes est à la recherche d’une personne passionnée, très organisée et autonome, possédant de solides aptitudes pour le leadership.
Relevant du gestionnaire principal, l’analyste d’affaires participera à tous les aspects des nombreux sous-projets du programme de base:

- Comprendre, cerner et analyser les problèmes et les occasions d’affaires, et définir la portée des activités nécessaires pour les aborder.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (p. ex., Établissement des prix, Exploitation, Service juridique, Finances, Ressources humaines, etc.) et fournisseurs externes (p. ex., partenaires de facturation et de TI) pour traduire les objectifs d’affaires en exigences en matière de système et de processus, recommander des solutions technologiques et d’affaires privilégiées et les mettre en œuvre conformément aux spécifications.
- Établir les priorités et aligner tous les livrables clés des sous-projets en vue du déploiement progressif de l’approche et du lancement à grande échelle.
- Soutenir les activités après le lancement, les escalades en cas de défectuosités, le traitement des corrections et des exceptions, et l’amélioration des processus.
- Réunir les principaux acquis et appliquer les pratiques exemplaires aux autres régions et unités d’affaires.

**Les principales responsabilités de l’analyste d’affaires sont les suivantes**:

- Contribuer à d’importants projets stratégiques et complexes de transformation.
- Assurer la liaison avec les équipes interfonctionnelles, les experts en la matière, l’équipe TI, les fournisseurs, les gestionnaires de projet et les différents niveaux de ressources cadres et non cadres.
- Mener des recherches et une analyse de la cause initiale sur les désalignements existants, les lacunes en matière de tarification et d’exploitation et les défaillances entre les différents systèmes, régions et unités d’affaires.
- Définir et prioriser les besoins d’affaires en exigences fonctionnelles des systèmes et des processus.
- Rechercher et schématiser le flux des travaux et les processus d’affaires.
- Favoriser et fournir une analyse des répercussions d’affaires, y compris une évaluation des risques.

**Qualifications essentielles**:

- Expérience de tous les aspects des projets dans des environnements complexes (notamment la gestion des échéanciers, l’établissement des priorités, la gestion de la portée par rapport à la gestion des risques, le traitement des problèmes, la détermination des chemins critiques, la transformation de l’entreprise, etc.).
- Capacité de gérer plusieurs projets et priorités en même temps tout en établissant des liens et en cernant les gains d’efficacité et les occasions d’amélioration.
- Capacité de travailler sous pression et de respecter les échéances, grand sens de l’urgence.
- Capacité de diriger, d’inspirer et d’influencer efficacement les autres et de collaborer pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats et des échéances serrées.
- Très à l’aise avec une grande quantité de détails, avec l’ambiguïté et le changement constant.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d’analyse, de présentation et de communication (compétences verbales et écrites claires et précises), avec la capacité de faire des présentations convaincantes à tous les échelons de l’organisme.
- Encourager une culture d’innovation, de collaboration et de rendement élevé.

**Connaissances et expérience**:

- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial, ou expérience de travail pertinente.
- De trois à cinq ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la tarification à titre d’analyste d’affaires.
- Expérience et compréhension des différents systèmes et des diverses architectures.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
- Solide connaissance et expérience des principes de gestion du changeme
