Office Administrator

Responsibilities for this _Entry Level_ Position:
**1) Data Entry**
- Organizing incoming invoices;
- Accurately entering invoices into Sage accounting system daily;
- Reconciling monthly vendor and credit card statement;
- Updating vendor information in Sage;
- Filing all invoices for each company;
- Enter employee reimbursements into Sage;
- Assign project codes for company machines & vehicles;
- Working closely with accounting department.
**2) Administration Assistant**
- Collect mail and organize for distribution;
- Order couriers, as needed;
- Ordering office supplies;
- Order water cooler refills;
- Call vendors with credit card payments;
- Fuels card coordination and administration;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is an asset but not required;
- Proficiency in computerized systems and data entry software;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks;
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage and maintain data files;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols.
- Monday-Friday in-office. Hours approx. 8am-4pm
- free street-parking available.
