In your role, you will:

- Participate to an effective management of unionized labor for two sites.
- Provide administrative support to the workforce management coordinator.
- Perform various transactions that have an impact on the salary, position or schedule of employees in a timely manner and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with various internal and external partners (Employee Service Center, Payroll, Recruitment, Organizational Learning, placement agencies, etc.).
- Produce reports and evaluations to facilitate decision-making.
- Optimize and document workforce processes.

**Qualifications**
- You hold a college degree in human resources, administration, office management, or a related field or many years of relevant experience.
- You have three to five years of relevant experience ideally two in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- You master the MS Office suite, particularly Excel (advanced intermediate level).
- You have strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- You are flexible, proactive and have strong skills in managing a high volume.
- You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working in a team.
- You are bilingual.
