Site Security Supervisor/assistant Supervisor

Toronto, Canada VP Protection Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- _Supervise and coordinate activities of security guards._
- Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to safety regulations.
- Schedule work assignments such as audits, patrols, extra coverages ect.
- Ensure that personnel comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Train security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- _Valid Ontario Security license._
- Valid first aid/CPR
- Use of force is an asset
- Relevant supervisor experience and/or diploma, certification in a supervisor training program.

**Skills**:

- _Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures._
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)
