**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This position is responsible for collecting and organize performance metrics into operating knowledge and optimizing equipment performance and maintenance efficiency within WWW facilities. Implements strategies to ensure operational and maintenance excellence and cost-effectiveness, developing standards, policies, procedures, business practices and key performance indicators. Assists in planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring system auditing and quality control programs. Aligns business unit strategies and practices to enable and realize value from asset performance by leveraging resources, processes, and system insights. Coordinates training initiatives for Branch staff.
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Collects and analyzes data related to equipment performance, downtime, and efficiency.
- Tracks equipment operational metrics to assess performance levels and identify patterns.
- Ensures asset management planning activities across the branch are in alignment.
- Tracks and records operational metrics associated with equipment. This includes monitoring performance levels, identifying patterns, and detecting any anomalies that may impact efficiency or reliability.
- Assists in the development and implementation of asset management strategies and frameworks for various asset classes.
- Establishes KPI indicators and determines baseline data requirements, undertakes gap analysis, and initiates process to collect required data.
- Develops condition assessment frameworks; prepares asset inspection and condition assessment plans.
- Conducts asset data analysis, performance monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
- Ensures quality assurance activities to monitor program effectiveness and support continuous improvement efforts with the business unit.
- Assists in the development and oversight of quality control programs, operating procedures and control strategies, to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Coordinates the development and maintenance of procedures, guidelines and templates.
- Collaborates with maintenance and operations teams to enhance equipment reliability.
- Generates, and analyzes reports including system performance and makes recommendations.
- Assists with the development and analysis of data standards; identifies issues and assists with/implements resolutions.
