We are looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Installer to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of sheet metal ductwork, ensuring efficient airflow throughout various buildings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for ductwork installations.
- Fabricate sheet metal components using various tools and machinery
- Install ductwork systems in commercial and residential buildings according to industry standards and building codes.
- Secure ductwork using appropriate techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, practicing safety protocols at all times.
- Assist senior technicians with additional tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in sheet metal installation for HVAC systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Experience working in commercial and/or residential construction environments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
