**The Opportunity**
Introhive is looking for a full-time Client Engagement Manager to lead and advise our customers as they transform their organizations and solve complex business and technology challenges leveraging our Customer Intelligence Platform. In this role, you will be on point for the full project lifecycle, from kick-off through delivery to close-out, ensuring a seamless knowledge transfer and transition to the customer success management team. In doing so, you will align with and advise on our customers’ vision and roadmap, assist with their initial rollout and ongoing expansion of our technologies, and guide them through change management impacting people and processes based on proven strategies and industry-wide best practices.
**Responsibilities**
- Effectively manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, with a relentless focus on active listening, clear communication, and shared responsibility for success.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that are carefully and thoughtfully planned and delivered with a bias toward action and laser-focused on deriving continuous and exponential measurable value.
- Bring a growth mindset and an all-hands-on-deck spirit to your work, continuously finding ways to improve yourself, your colleagues, our company, and our customers.
In this role, you will be expected to collaborate with internal team members and leaders across Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Enablement, Marketing, Support, and Product. You will also maintain a beginner’s mindset in looking for new ways to approach problems, pursue innovation with courage and help our organization transform with your expertise. In addition to ensuring our customers experience fast time to value, you will also play a key part in discovering and uncovering opportunities to drive operational excellence internally and expand our Introhive footprint within and across our customer base.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2+ years of experience using Salesforce and/or Dynamics CRM.
- Possess a consulting mindset, with the ability to understand both business and technical aspects related to implementation and change.
- Understand various project management methodologies, with a focus on Hybrid Waterfall-Agile Implementation
- Self-starter, with the ability to learn quickly and think and operate independently within a multi-functional organization
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with experience obtaining buy-in and sponsorship from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Committed to owning and maintaining a value-based engagement framework, with a solid understanding of how to manage and communicate across the full project lifecycle.
- Limited Travel as Needed (Canada, USA, UK)
