Receptionist/accounting Clerk

Please note that this is a hybrid role and part of the day is completing Receptionist duties at our reception desks and the other part is completing Accounting Clerk duties in our General Office.

As the successful applicant you will:

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have superior customer service skills
- Pay close attention to detail
- Be extremely organized
- Be self motivated
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Constantly be taking the initiative to learn new skills and abilities

In this exciting role, you will:

- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages
- Greet customers
- Direct customers to the appropriate staff member
- Answer customer inquiries
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Ensure that the reception area maintains a high level of cleanliness
- Inquire and report on errors found in vendor bills, and expense reports
- Keep a thorough record of all company charges, as well as any refunds that have been issued
- Charge expenses to relevant accounts by analyzing invoice / expense reports
- File and Keep records organized
- Compile information and completing reports as requested by management
