Founded in 2010, Pool and Hot Tub Depot is an online retailer head-quartered in London, Ontario specializing in hot tub parts and supplies. We’re looking for someone who’s flexible to the daily changing needs of the business and willing to learn multiple roles to develop and grow within the company. This position is primarily focused on customer service but could also include helping out in the warehouse as needed with various tasks like shipping and receiving, picking and packing customer orders and more.

**Some of the tasks for the position include**:

- Make appropriate product recommendations and complete sales transactions
- Place client orders with accuracy.
- Assist customers with requests such as returns, warranty, order tracking, parts troubleshooting and more
- Update the CRM with accurate messages regarding customer interactions
- Accept inbound customer calls, return calls as needed.
- Interact with manufacturers and suppliers to confirm parts availability and gain product knowledge as necessary
- Other duties may be assigned as required.

**Requirements**:

- We’re looking for a career oriented individual with excellent customer service skills. This is a full time, year round permanent position.
- Minimum 4 years experience in customer service is required.
- Previous experience in the hot tub or pool industry is a strong asset but is not required, training is provided.
- An aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn
- Bilingual (English & French, oral and written) a strong asset but not required.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and listening skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task without supervision
- Ability to take initiative, problem solve, prioritize workload and make decisions within job scope
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity required to operate telephone, computer and peripherals.
- Reliable transportation is required. Our office is located in south London.
- This job requires physically reporting to our location.
