**Key Accountabilities
- Monitors, documents and reports violations, large cash/cash equivalents transactions, excluded and self-excluded guests and unauthorized access
- Maintains logs and records; storing records for evidence purposes
- Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on conditions of surveillance facilities and equipment
- Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
- Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulationsPerforms other duties as assigned or directed

**Education and Qualifications**
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and overnight shifts
- Must be able to work 10 hour shifts
- Post secondary education in criminology an asset
- Minimum 3 years of work experience; experience in security or surveillance an asset
- Serving it Right Certification)
- Computer proficiency
- Keen eye for detail, with the ability to focus on monitors for long periods of time
- Adherence to high standards, methods, and proceduresAbility to successfully obtain a Gaming License

**Work Environment Considerations**
- Regular office environment, non-traditional work hours will be required
