**What You Will Do**

The ELEVATE Sales Development Leader will be chosen to lead ELEVATE’s SDR innovation and development lab. This individual will oversee the SDR branch within our larger RX (Consulting) Division. The RX division is responsible for bridging the gap between our 3 business units, creating a unified space where the latest SDR trends and knowledge flow freely. This branch will work in tandem with the SDR branch within the RX division, creating a repository of expert knowledge and innovation that will transcend ELEVATE and provide our client with valuable and actionable insights.

This individual will work closely with the heads of each of the 3 business units on an as-needed basis, as well as with ELEVATE clients in an advisory capacity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Mobilize: Provide technical and methodological guidance for the creation of delivery models to suit the needs of ELEVATE and our clients. Support the ELEVATE transition model into the customer space.
- Innovate: Support the design, testing, and development of innovative SDR solutions, technologies, and working methods.
- Improve: Construct a suite of new capabilities and services across the organization (as well as for our clients)
- Market: Increase ELEVATE’s profile and market position through Thought Leadership and customized branding initiatives.
- Understand the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and stay front of new tendencies

Client Facing: High-level communication with the client to: Determine the problem, establish what they want to achieve and avoid, consider the options available, identify the best alternative, develop a plan of action, and evaluate the solution.

Internal: Client onboarding and assignment to the best-fitting division, establishing and implementing best practices, encouraging and facilitating the exchange of knowledge, constructing the client journey narrative, and contributing to the long-term success and development of ELEVATE.

**Who You Are**

You are a highly skilled and experienced professional with vast experience in SDR, demand gen, and multinational B2B sales, with a proven track record of success. You have critical thinking skills, as well as the capacity to easily think outside-the-box. You have vast experience in client communications, specifically C-Level execs. Technology savvy, you are willing to adapt to the rapidly-changing sales and marketing landscape, and have the willingness to learn new technologies as required. You are a people person, capable of taking charge, nurturing, encouraging, and supporting all teammates, and have an insatiable thirst for knowledge that has hopefully will see an outlet in ELEVATE

Your experience:

- 5+ years experience in B2B SDR, developing multi-channel, integrated campaigns that achieve predictable, scalable growth
- Experience in demand generation, ideal customer profiling, and customer success, with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in implementing go-to-market strategies, both lead-based and account-based
- Experience designing demand models in partnership with sales
