**Supply Chain Administrator**

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our Toronto, ON office on a part-time basis. The **role** of the Administrator is to create and monitor FOC (Free of Charge) orders and ensure smooth and efficient deliveries. The Administrator will be assisting various administrative tasks within the SCM team and responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and accurately.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Generate and manage FOC orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Track and monitor FOC orders throughout the supply chain, from creation to delivery, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to coordinate timely deliveries of FOC orders.
- Assist with documentation and record-keeping related to supply chain activities.
- Maintain open communication with relevant teams to update them on FOC order statuses and anticipated delivery timelines.
- Support the supply chain team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to address customer concerns or special requests related to orders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in SCM administration or other related field
- Must be able to work both independently as well as within a team environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Must be able to work with a variety of people from different departments or locations

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
