Supporting the CFI with daily management of the pilot training program.
- Provide supervision of all flight and ground instructors (must hold a Class 2 Flight Instructor Rating or higher).
- Assist the CFI with approving the appointment of ground instructors.
- Maintaining the professional standard of the flight instructors under his/her authority.
- Managing the operational control system in accordance with the company operations manual.
- Approving of the appointment of ground instructors in coordination with the CFI and CGI.
- Ensuring the quality and content of ground school instruction and flight training programs.
- Ensuring that flight instruction is based on the contents of the appropriate flight instructor guide and flight training manual.
- Monitoring of flight instructor and student flight test records and addressing areas of poor student performance.
- Issuing directives and notices to the flight instructors as required and directed by the CFI.
- All other duties as assigned by the Chief Flight Instructor.

**Salary**: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
