- **Here’s what you will do**_

VitalAire is currently recruiting an energetic and motivated full-time **Area Manager** for our Dartmouth location. The Area Manager coordinates and supervises all operations in their area pertaining to the Home Healthcare business while following the regulations and safety protocols.
- Ensures that effective supply is provided to customers when required.
- Monitors quality while reporting and managing Home Healthcare customers complaints, quarantines non-conforming products.
- Releases products for distribution or sale by signing batch records.
- Delivers business results and ensures that Obstructive Sleep Apnea Specialists contribute efficiently to sales.
- Responsible for efficient and cost effective implementation of Home Healthcare processes and procedures.
- Maintains quality records in relation to operations.
- Ensures that assets used in Home Healthcare operations are maintained according to internal procedures.
- Ensures the area inventory is managed and maintained following internal procedures.
- Sets the delegation of responsibility, direction, performance objectives, and appraisals for all direct staff.
- Ensures that staff and contractors are properly trained and qualified.
- Recruits new staff when approved with support from Regional Director and Human Resource Department.
- Works closely with Sales to develop the business for the business area.

- College Certificate or Diploma in a Technical/Medical Sciences field, or post secondary business/Managerial education.
- Business and/or Clinical Experience.
- 5-8 years of experience with Supervision of employees in a business or clinical setting.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in a role that has financial accountability..
- Possesses a valid Driver’s License.
- Respiratory Therapy or Nursing training considered an asset
- Agreeing to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status, as a condition of employment.
