Safety Express Ltd an Aramsco Company has been serving its clients for 35 years in the Abatement, Restoration, and Industrial Safety and Surface Preparation market. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our team.

**Job Objective**:
Our Customer Success Representative, National Accounts is responsible for retention and growth of our existing national account portfolio. Maintaining customer relationships at the branch or franchise level to drive program awareness is a key function of this role. In addition, this role is a central point of contact for national customers working in commercial or complex claims; acting as a liaison between sales and operations to facilitate high-volume and complex logistics. The nature of our business is unpredictability; the work schedule for this position is flexible based on a requirement to be responsive nights and weekends if our customers require immediate assistance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Align with National Account Manager annually on National Account portfolio, priorities, and sales budgets. Collaborate regularly to track progress and pivot sales plan as necessary to achieve desired results.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations for national account portfolio to achieve set out annual goals.
- Prepare national account reporting quarterly.
- New branch/franchise onboarding for national accounts portfolio including the management of required Initial Equipment Packages (IEP).
- Manage the order flow for commercial/complex claims; order entry, manage backorders or product substitutes, PO collection, invoicing.
- Work collaboratively with the replenishment team to manage the movement of inventory and communicate product usage changes based on large projects.
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to manage day-to-day and emergency shipments.
- Maintain trusted relationships with key on-site buyers by providing a solutions-based sales experience.
- Manage customer contact information and notes in CRM to ensure effective cross-department communication.
- Provide regular feedback on challenges, successes, competitive activities, pricing, products, or service gaps.
- Maintain product and industry knowledge, stay aware and share your insights on industry trend changes.
- Participate in customer events and tradeshows, as required.

**KPIs**:

- Actual sales & gross margin vs. budget
- Proprietary product mix
- Maintaining customer database and sales call notes

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary or certificate in sales or marketing will be an asset
- 3-5 years of direct work experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Customer Service
- Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events
- High level of proficiency with ERP and CRM software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
