Service Administrator

Our client, in the Healthcare industry, is looking for a Service Support Administrator to join their team. Your role as a Service Support Administrator is to support our Field Technicians.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contract renewals, data maintenance and corrections
- Processing invoices and credits, including error resolution
- Monitoring and activating agreements
- Establish & maintain maintenance schedules, including assigning technicians
- Customer Service requests and PO’s
- Maintain data integrity (contracts, equipment, invoices, service requests)
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual (English & French)
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service or accounting (experience with contracts)
- Strong analytical and problem solver
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with contract software, CRM systems, Oracle/Siebel preferred
**The Offer**:
- $50-55K + Bonus
