**Summary of this role**:
The Visual Merchandiser creates exciting, cutting-edge visual presentations for store installations (interiors and/or windows) and presents store merchandise to company standards encouraging customers to purchase.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adjust regular merchandise for impressive presentation;
- Conducts major merchandise changes based on the calendar/ events and seasonal changes;
- Ensures that all merchandise reflects the visual presentation standards of Leisure Center;
- Plans and work with sales and operation goals to drive growth;
- Ensures new arrivals items are properly displayed and the non-seasonal goods are relocated back in the stock room accordingly;
- Setup and maintain promotional signage on the sales floor and ensure it is used effectively and appropriately;
- Ensures store interiors and windows are consistently upheld to established standards;
- Maintains the cleanliness and tidiness of the store’s visual displays;

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Fashion, Merchandising, Design or a similar function preferred;
- At least 3 years experience with luxury retail fashion visual merchandising/installation and store operations experience;
- Flexibility to work retail hours (standard, weekends, peak and holiday);
- Lifting and heights may be required for specific tasks and projects;
- Detail oriented, result-oriented;
- Strong organizational, planning, prioritizing, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
- Must have strong merchandising skills in fashion/trends/arts in all markets;
- Must have experience in mannequin styling and display;
- High-volume traffic experience is an asset;
