**What You’ll Do**:
As Oak + Fort’s Corporate Visual Merchandise Manager, you will use your superior understanding of fashion, business operations, and expert merchandising experience to communicate our unique brand identity to customers through strategic product displays. As a visual merchandising expert, you provide valued support and directives to all of our retail teams, with the ultimate goal to drive sales and maximize product sell-through.

The Visual Merchandising Team will be responsible to collaborate with Design, Allocations, Inventory Control and our Retail Operations teams to bring our design vision to life. The Corporate Visual Merchandise Manager is also responsible for the oversight and development of other members of the merchandising team.

The Corporate Visual Merchandise Manager requires a strong expertise in retail with a good ability to think strategically and execute thoroughly. Some responsibilities include in-store Visual Merchandising, ensuring the right placement of products at the right time, and ensuring correct quantities of products at all time.

**What You’re Responsible For**:
**Corporate Directive (25%)**
- In partnership with the District Visual Merchandise Managers execute, assemble and communicate weekly and monthly corporate Merchandising directives for all retail locations.
- Gather and assemble weekly communication needed for retail in partnership with cross-functional teams.

**Planning (25%)**
- Actively be involved with Alberta Weekly/Monthly Sales meetings
- Actively involved with retail Planning weekly/monthly meeting
- Monitor and be aware of product arrivals in anticipation for the planning of corporate directives. (CA and US)
- Assemble Linesheets for monthly communication
- Work with District partners, and Retail to drive sales through analyzing merchandise reports and proper placement of merchandise.
- Ensure all aspects of visual related setup in-store has been received, executed and communicated in-store level.
- Assist with physical setup of new store locations when required.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

**Store Functionality (25%)**
- Work with Alberta district Merchandisers (and other districts when needed) to oversee and drive sales through merchandise training, product placement based on reports and window displays while upholding O+F aesthetic according to corporate standards and timelines.
- Communicate weekly corporate directives, product updates and promotional direction with Merchandise Leads and Management
- Utilize merchandising skillset through an understanding of product density, adjacencies, and customer flow
- Promote brand aesthetic and enhance merchandise displays through creative and strategic merchandising
- Partner with RVM, DM and Allocation to asses top and bottom selling products to ensure district’s products are at the right store at the right time
- Support corporate planning of window displays and monitor window installations
- Provide individual store feedback to store’s merchandising in accordance to corporate directives
- Track and provide weekly KPI’s to RVM
- In partnership with RVM create monthly product packages on best practices for Strategic and Creative merchandising for the month.

**Staff Development (20%)**
- In partnership with RVM develop company merchandising guidelines, update manuals and procedures for all retail locations.
- Actively participate with retail management teams to make the best visual decisions for our brand while maintaining the corporate Visual standards.
- Manage, train, support and mentor stores on best merchandise practices.
- Build our team by welcoming and supporting the onboarding of new employees
- Build and maintain relationships with store team, peers, and relevant partners
- Support development of high performing staff to maximize productivity
- Onboard and support development strategies of store Merchandise Lead/Manager
- Inspire and motivate team through demonstrating leadership
