Lotek is currently looking for a _**Mechanical Assembler and Encapsulation Technician **_for our Production Department. We seek a highly motivated individual capable of working in a team environment.

**Skills/Duties**:

- Ability to do mechanical assembly and basic soldering with brief instruction and minimum supervision.
- Experience in operating machines, use of mechanical/electrical tools and familiarity with epoxies are a definite asset.
- Knowledge of handling epoxies such as mixing, curing, applying, storing and its basic mechanical and chemical behaviors.
- Experience using different materials such as epoxy and gasket to seal products from water penetration through external coating, potting it in tube or in mold.
- Prepares estimates for service quotes.
- May supervise others including training, scheduling, and taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of their work.
- Works with and supports other departments on projects such as trouble shooting, and repairing on defect products.
- Able to communicate clearly.
- Completes special projects and duties assigned by supervisor.
- Must work well with others, have a positive attitude, and have excellent vision and good hand eye coordination.
- Works well under deadlines and pressures.
- Comfortable sitting and working with hands for long periods of time.
- Ability to use safely use equipment and tools.
