We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our GBGH Crew as a Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of various projects aimed at enhancing healthcare services and improving patient care_._ You will support projects approved throughout the organization including corporate services, support services and clinical projects. You will report directly to the VP Clinical Services & CNE and work alongside our current Project Manager to achieve our organization’s goals.

Job Requirements:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Lead multiple, concurrent projects of broad scope and high complexity from initiation to close-out, ensuring effective planning, requirements gathering, workflow mapping, schedule, budget, and issue tracking.
- Drive change through comprehensive stakeholder engagement and management, steering projects to completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Maintain rigor and ensure completion of comprehensive project control documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Explain complex concepts to diverse audiences and prepare meeting materials to support action-oriented discussions. Participate in meetings with project sponsors and senior leadership to provide oversight on project status.
- Lead project teams in the implementation of quality assurance and quality control measures to uphold standards and ensure deliverable excellence.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required to support project objectives.
- Assist in the evaluation of project outcomes and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Providing follow up strategies and post one year analysis for troubleshooting and opportunity review.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Technology, Health Sciences, Administration, Informatics, or relevant discipline A Master's Level Degree in these fields or significant demonstrated experience would be an asset.
- Certified associate in project management (CAPM), Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), or equivalent professional experience. Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci) considered an asset.
- 5-7 years of experience working in a complex hospital and/or healthcare environment in project management or process improvement. Experience outside of healthcare but in a similarly complex environment would be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in strategy development, health services program planning and implementation, and quality improvement.
- Experience managing relationships, large-scale change, and system transformation.
- Experience leading projects with multiple work streams and a budget of >$10m.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to all audiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is an asset.
- Knowledge of trends and frameworks in data & analytics considered an asset.
- Commitment to GBGH Values and Purpose Statement. French language skills considered an asset.
