**HR Technology Analyst**

**The Role**

You will report to our Head of HR Technology and ideally be based in the US or Canada, or able to cover typical US / Canadian working hours.

**Here's what you'll be doing**:

- Provide troubleshooting support for functional and technical production issues, including coordinating with Workday using their case management system
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to optimize business processes (particularly workflow/security)
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to build reporting (basic and advanced - calc fields/all reporting types)
- Work closely with other Workday technical resources to ensure continuous improvement of integrations
- Manage Workday functional ticketing queue to ensure tickets are addressed in a timely manner with excellent customer service
- Manage Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and communicating appropriately
- Support regression testing and introduction of required changes as new Workday releases are introduced - using both manual testing and the SMART automated testing solution
- Help deliver training / materials (i.e., QRGs, FAQs, and training decks), including updating the educational material on our knowledge portal
- Design and configure new Workday enhancements as they are made available with each new release. Coordinate with Workday's Change Control Board to evaluate, prioritize, and schedule these enhancements
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of global data

**What do you bring to the role?**
- Proven technical support and configuration knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Payroll
- Demonstrable experience working with HR related technologies as a technical / functional expert with a clear understanding of core HR business practices, processes, and terminology (HRIS, compensation, benefits, recruiting, performance management) and the ability to develop solutions to address business problems and requirements
- Experience of Workday implementation or integration
- Workday functional expertise and familiarity with technical offerings (EIB/Core Connectors)
- Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint Portals and content manager tools
- Proficiency with MS word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- High level of proficiency with Excel
- Experience with Kainos SMART Tool - desirable
