**Summary**

The Product and Practice Tools Specialist is a role that works with project managers in the Knowledge Experts and Tools (KET) program to achieve project goals and deliverables. The specialist has a broad knowledge range and is responsible for a variety of tasks including product and practice tools development.

The job focuses on project related tasks such as being part of the content creation process and coordinating marketing initiatives. Additionally, this role supports physician learning on the CFPCLearn online education platform and speaks to users to help determine what features to develop.

**Main Responsibilities include**

Essential duties include:

- Providing support and contributing to the development of the online medical education platform CFPC Learn.
- Handling user inquiries, complaints and solving any user problems related to the platform.
- Speaking with platform users together data for development of features and priority settings.
- Analyzing data and user data to determine what product features to build.
- Gathering relevant performance indicators related to platform success.
- Coordinating and planning marketing related activities.
- Managing and updating content on the platform.
- Determining appropriate content release schedule.
- KET Education Content Creation Project Work
- Taking on project tasks, writing some of the content, performing some basic research for some topics and determining the best way to complete the tasks.
- Managing critical execution activities of a project and determine the steps necessary to execute on those tasks.
- Creating content including videos, podcasts or online courses.
- Handling education program related customer inquiries
- Handling any inquiries customers may have related to the education programs delivered by the KET program.
- Troubleshooting with the customer in order to achieve resolution of any problems

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related project work experience in a professional environment
- Project Management certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience or Education in Data Analytics.
- Proficient computer skills with the Microsoft office suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with video or audio editing.
