**Chief Welcome Officer**

- You will lead clients to free course trial opportunities and invite them to complimentary subscriptions as well as free tools and resources available to them.

**Chief Referral Officer**

Student Support and Quality Control for Contact Management and Student Records
- Your mission is to provide a high-quality student experience which begins with accuracy and then follow through on all aspects of the student journey from enrolment to graduation.
- Carefully input client information into the contact management system making sure they are accurate, complete, verified and properly filed.
- Help students with course extension requirements, updates or payment requests, study time expiries, payment issues, receipts and transcripts.
- Additional duties as requested.

**Chief Intake Officer**

Enrolment Assistant, Student Services
- Assist in preparing student needs assessments and program recommendations. Includes a solid understanding of the Knowledge Bureau website and product lines.
- Provide student services for enrolment assistance as required.
- Refer students to Educational Consultants/Specialists.
- Assist with student communications and sales follow-ups as required.

**Essential Skillsets**:

- Extraordinary telephone and online communication skills are imperative.
- Must be highly computer savvy with experience working with CRM systems, including Salesforce and proficiency in using Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Dropbox etc.
- Keyboarding skills of 50 wpm at high accuracy level. Skills in online file management, excellent basic math.
- Knowledge and experience within the tax, legal, accounting, bookkeeping and financial services industry an asset. Well-developed connections within the industries above is a definite plus.
- Highly developed knowledge and expertise in Knowledge Bureau’s course offerings and educational philosophy.
- Previous sales, project management and entrepreneurial experience an asset.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a continuous learner.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deliver on client and company deadlines.
- Highly customer-centric - a love for providing exceptional customer service.
- Must possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented - highly concerned with accuracy in communications and publications.
- Post-secondary education and graduation from a Knowledge Bureau program an asset.
- Integrity, confidentiality and reliability are imperative.
- Fluency in French is a definite asset.
- Must be a team player.
- Fun to work with... a definite asset

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
