Recreational Division Registrar

The Royal Winnipeg Ballet is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Recreational Division Registrar. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing student registration and records, and coordinating administrative tasks for the Recreational Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to students, parents, and stakeholders
  • Manage student registration, accounts, and records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including planning and implementing annual registration activities
  • Assist with the execution of major School events, such as auditions, recitals, and orientations
  • Provide front-of-house and backstage support at performances and events as required
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Arts Administration
  • Minimum three (3) years experience working in a multifaceted administrative office environment
  • Sound knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe
  • Working knowledge of Tessitura or a similar constituent database system is an asset
  • First Aid and CPR certification is an asset
  • Experience and/or interest in the arts and cultural sector is an asset
