**This is a permanent, full-time position. Availability for weekend shifts is preferred.**

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Team Lead assists in the day-to-day operations and maintenance at our luxury hotel, Muir, located on the Halifax Waterfront.

The general presentation of the property in a first-class manner will be at the forefront of the role. Duties will include supervision of 2 maintenance workers, light maintenance duties, property protection, guest services and responding to and testing of building systems (example: fire alarms).
