In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of Content & Copywriting and play a vital role in the Marketing Team. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting compelling copy, communicating brand messaging, and engaging relevant stakeholders with intentional messaging.**The**

**Support Marketing Team Initiatives**: Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches with well-crafted copy that resonates with the target audience.-
**Research and Stay Informed**: Stay up-to-date with vape-related industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to create content that remains relevant and competitive.-
**Follow Brand Guidelines**: Adhere to brand guidelines and style standards to maintain a cohesive brand image across all written materials.-
**Optimize Copy for SEO**: Incorporate relevant keywords and search terms into copy to improve search engine rankings and enhance organic visibility.-
**Tailor Messaging for Different Platforms**: Customize copy to suit the requirements of various platforms, ensuring it aligns with the strengths and limitations of each medium.-
**Proofread and Edit**: Review and edit copy for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and consistency before publication or dissemination.-
**Support Content Planning**: Contribute ideas for content themes, topics, and campaigns to keep content fresh and engaging.-
**Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with the product team, brand team, graphic designers, marketing managers, and other team members to align copy with visual elements and overall marketing strategies.-

**Stay Customer-Centric**: Understand the needs and preferences of the target audience, tailoring copy to resonate with customers and address their pain points.**To be successful you should have**:

- **Bachelor's Degree in Marketing**, Communications, English, or a related field. While not mandatory, having a relevant educational background can provide a solid foundation for the role.-
**Minimum Experience**: At least 2 years + of relevant work experience.-
**Proven Copywriting Experience**: Prior experience as a copywriter in a similar role or industry is crucial. Having a portfolio of past writing work to showcase your ability to craft compelling and effective copy is highly advantageous.-
**Exceptional Writing Skills**: Strong writing skills are a must, including a command of grammar, punctuation, and language usage. The copywriter should be able to write engaging, persuasive, and error-free copy across various platforms.-
**Understanding of Branding and Messaging**: Knowledge of branding principles and the ability to align copy with the brand's voice, tone, and values is vital to maintain consistency in messaging.
