**Job Description**:
**Main Duties**:
Reporting to the Manager of IT Infrastructure & Architecture, this position supports SIGA’s technical infrastructure, and contributes to operational efficiency, by configuring, managing, monitoring, maintaining and supporting the desktop and server infrastructure to ensure high levels of availability and system integrity.

**Responsibilities include**: Troubleshooting and collaborating to resolve problems relating to server and desktop hardware, software and systems. Carrying out a wide variety of system maintenance and management activities to ensure system privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. Contributing to the development of system documentation and procedures. Maintaining current knowledge of the latest products and technologies, software updates, emerging security alerts and issues. Participating in other projects and activities as required.

**Conditions of Employment**
- The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
- Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Tobacco smoke/High noise levels (during time spent at Casino sites).

- Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.

**Job Requirements**: Education**:

- Successful completion of a 2 year Computer Systems Technology Diploma or equivalent combination of job related experience and education
- Current CompTIA certification in one of the following (A+, Network+, Server+, Security+)
- Current Microsoft certification in one of the following (Windows, Office 365, Server) considered an asset
- Current VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV) considered an asset

**Experience**:

- Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting a similar size enterprise IT environment.
- Experience working with enterprise-class server and desktop hardware, software and systems.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with desktop imaging, management and mass deployment platforms.
- Experience working with mobile device management platforms.
- Experience with VMware vSphere.
- Experience with Microsoft M365 and/or O365 deployment and administration.
