If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a Junior Communications Administrator to join our dynamic IT Team at SinglePoint.
- This internal posting is for a temporary contract lasting up to six (6) months, with the potential for extension. Applications will be accepted until November 17._

**Responsibilities**

As a Junior Communications Administrator, your role will involve a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Managing daily communications tasks, which includes generating outgoing PDFs, flat files, and spreadsheets for printing or internal processing.
- Collaborating with operational and client support teams to develop new communication templates or modify existing ones.
- Coordinating Quality Assurance (QA) and Compliance approvals for PDF letter files and communication templates.
- Completing daily data transfers to our printing vendor.
- Resolving any issues related to digital versions of outgoing letter communications.
- Producing reports to track outgoing printed and digital communications for the business.
- Managing assigned IT incident, request, and change tickets.
- Supporting evidence gathering for Client, SOC, PCI, and ISO audits/reviews related to communications and reporting.
- Creating and maintaining relevant communication and user documentation.
- Completing special projects as assigned.

**Role Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Experience in the collection industry would be an asset.
- Basic experience working with Word, Excel, Adobe PDFs (or Nitro).
- Experience with DRS, TCS, or other collection systems would be an asset.
- A fast learner with an inquisitive mindset and a strong desire to expand your IT skillset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities effectively.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
