**General Description**:
We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team to make sure we stay ahead of the competition. This position will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for growing market share within the North American market. You will focus on driving demand and sales by targeting and educating potential distribution partners. In addition, you will continue to support existing distribution partners throughout North America. The successful Sales Representative will be a dynamic and highly motivated sales professional who has compelling drive, technical and consultative selling experience, as well has electronic aptitude and interest.

**Responsibility and Duties**:
Establish, develop, and manage all accounts in the assigned territory -- be an established first-choice partner with distribution partners.

Work internally with stakeholders to develop account specific plans that maximize sales, profit, merchandising, distribution, and market share.

Prospect for new accounts, while managing and growing an existing book of business.

Manage large territory coverage through proactive sales call mapping and scheduling.

Utilize all available market and account specific data to develop strong fact-based selling presentations.

Motivate, educate, and close business in group situations.

Work with Product Marketing/Marketing Department to create product specifications for all new Harding product development projects as well as enhancements to existing Harding products.

Closely interface with Manufacturing and Quality Teams.

**Education**:
Completed post-secondary education preferred.

**Specific Skills**:
Previous technical selling experience is highly preferred.

Excellent presentation skills.

Exceptional hands-on knowledge of MS office, Customer Sales Reporting systems.

Ability to change, adapt and thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment.

Ability to build and foster impactful relationships with key customers.

Outstanding work ethic.

**Experience**:
Experience in communication systems sales is preferred.

**Travel**: (Passport required)

Occasional travel within North America. Assist existing dealers, develop new dealers, attend seminars, and trade shows as determined by Sales & Marketing Manager.

**Compensation**:
Between $50,000.00 to $90,000.00 salary depending on experience.
