**Responsibilities**:
**Web Leads Management**:

- Monitor and respond promptly to web leads from potential customers.
- Utilize various communication channels to engage with leads effectively.
- Utilize CRM to track communications, notes, etc.

**Follow-Up**:

- Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
- Provide information about KO Auto Finance's products and services in a clear and compelling manner.

**Customer Communication**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in client services, sales, or a related field is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with auto financing processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (required)

- Edmonton, AB T5L 4H5 (required)
