**About the Position**

**Responsibilities**:
The Graphic Content Project Specialist key responsibilities are:

- The promotion and generation of new engaging graphic content aligned with our brand objectives.
- The management of the full lifecycle of graphic production - from conceptualization to print or publish.
- The development of end-to-end graphic assets for a variety of media and formats including flyers, product packaging, posters, signage, and promotional materials
- To repurpose and distribute assets across a variety of channels
- To perform quality control on all assets and collateral enduring brand compliance, accurate copywriting and price integrity
- Prepare files for submission to printing suppliers
- Audit existing graphic content and threw through research incorporate industry best practices and standard
- Develop an optimization plan for current graphic design processes
- Document, record and update all projects, assets and processes in the project management systems
- Ensure brand identity consistency across social media, web, packaging and offline media channels

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in graphic, multimedia and industrial design.
- Specific experience creating and designing print campaign collateral pieces such as brochures, banners, and in-store signage.
- Successful completion of a relevant post-secondary degree or certification (significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education inclusive of Graphic, Multimedia and Industrial Design as well as, Digital Media)
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with clients to discuss project needs and options, to provide analysis and to interpret requirements from a design perspective.
- Experience maintaining standards of graphic design and production values for print-based projects and coordinating transfer of existing designs to the marketing initiatives.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator as well as, motion and animation
- Experience in Video editing, Photography and a variety of social media platforms
- Experience in content creation lifecycle, HTML/CSS, UX/UI

**Interpersonal Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in managing multiple priorities with overlapping tasks across multiple locations.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
