**The Opportunity**
This is a full-time contract position for 18 to 24 months with the possibility of an extension. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Clerk assists with full-cycle accounting processes. The position holder would work closely with various project managers, prepares their client invoices, processes payments from clients and other related duties.
**Duties and R**esponsibilities**:

- Maintain and update client information and accounting records.
- Prepare monthly invoices or credit memos and submit to clients.
- Reconcile client accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify billing discrepancies and resolve the issues.
- Organize and prioritize assignments from different business groups and complete on a timely fashion.
- Any other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- BBA in Accounting or related business field
- Three to five years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong skills in using accounting software, ERP System preferred
- Ability to demonstrate extraordinary client-focused service
- Strong organizational and time management to function in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with staff at various levels of the organization

**Compensation**
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, skillsets, and qualifications.
