$40,000 - $50,000 at plan commission

**Responsibilities**:

As a Door-to-Door Marketing Representative, you will:

- Knock on doors in local neighborhoods and warmly introduce them to our exceptional renovation services.
- Showcase our portfolio of successful projects and demonstrate how we can transform their living spaces.
- Provide valuable insights and answer any questions they may have about our renovation expertise.
- Create lasting connections with potential customers and cultivate positive relationships within the community.

**Qualifications**:
Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Friendly, approachable, and confident
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to listen to homeowners' needs and tailor solutions to meet their expectations.
- A passion for home renovations and design is a plus
- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
- Some industry or product knowledge is preferred and a High school diploma is required
- A consistent top performer in sales
